Bob Brose - Bob Brose has been with Land O' Lakes since 1979. He works closely with the USDA and the Farm Service Division in Washington, D.C. to lobby for healthy ingredients in low fat cheese products. Brose founded the Land O' Lakes school cheese processing business now utilized across the United States, which helps schools efficiently manage the cheese inventory of their government lunch programs. He created a 'bank' on the internet that enables schools to go online and check their 'cheese checking accounts' and allows them to review the status of their government allocations and entitlement credits received from the USDA.

Bob lives in Minnesota and is the father of five beautiful children, three girls and two boys. He coaches soccer and basketball at local schools. He's a high level player of tennis, squash, volleyball and ping-pong and plays competitively around the country.

Brose is an Industry Representative on the Michigan Legislative Council; On the Advisory Board of the School Food Service Nutrition Association; and is very involved in the youth programs at his church.
