Here's something that you need to read. It's the legal stuff and very necessary for you and your parents to understand. These are the rules of the site and if you're going to use our site for emailing, filling out information for registration, asking to be involved and receive stuff from us, it's a must to read this and then to click "I Accept" if you understand and agree. 1 If you see something you don't like in the emails that come from other kids or adults, please tell your parents and don't write back to those people. EVER.

We hope to have public Message Boards, Contests and lots of fun stuff for you to do on the site very soon, and soon you will also be able to upload pictures of your own gardens and send them to us. When we do, and if you write or put up photos, or participate in a contest someday, you need to understand that we might want to put some of your great comments or photos on our site. By sending in your thoughts and photos and getting your parent's permission to do that, you and your parents are telling us it's ok to repeat what you write and to use those photos that you send to us. You're also agreeing that it's okay for us to use in an advertisement. It means we can use it in any way we want, anywhere, and forever. Because of this, always check with your parents before you send anything to us.

MESSAGE BOARDS/EMAILS

The Urban Farming web site intends to hold public Message Boards, as well as the existing ability for Site visitors to create a personal email account. To the extent that the Emails and potential Message Boards ("Communications") portions of this Site provide users an opportunity to exchange information, ideas and opinions, please be advised that Communications from other site participants do not reflect the views of Urban Farming, LLC.
